So, do we know if they are going to continue the idea of 4 ranks for each figure? Also, in the magazine article in Game Trade Magazine, they said about 1/3 of all nons have item slots.
It looks like my Orcs are getting a bit of a shaft, but with the focus on Magic, that really makes sense. Solonavi and Draconum figures have a lot to look forward to. And it seems that Elemental are on top of things again (with one more figure than DC, get ready for the complaining "oh, we won faction wars, we are supposed to get more than anyone else" lol.)
Interesting. Finally something to think about with Sorcery. Next they could explain how the spells will work specifically. Then Sneak Peeks!!!!:D :D :D
OH YEAH!!! Thanks so much for the 10 Dracs!!! w00t!!!
By the way, from what I understand, here is the deal with rarity:
Non-uniques/Uniques - well, I think we know that already...
Super Rare - These are the LEs for the set. LEs are being randomly distributed in boosters. I think one LE in every 12 boosters is the rough rarity... something like that.
Ultra Rare - These are the special 'bounty hunter' figures that were talked about. These are going to be roughly 2 in every 3 cases. Interesting that they are all Mage Spawn... guess it shows that they have no real faction - they just work for whoever pays/feeds them or something like that.
Edit: Based on the number of non-uniques for each faction, it seems it must be 3 ranks per non, with the exception of the Solos and Apoc.
Hmmm ... 83 is neither a multiple of 3 or 4.
Looks like some of the nons come in clumps of four (such as the Solonavi, and maybe the elves, elms, and atlanteans). Then there are some that seem to be coming in clumps of three (Dracs, rebs, orcs). And then it looks like the deadies are splitting a faction with a apoc non.
Given the super-rare breakdown, I think it's safe to say they went back to making LEs based off the nons again.
And this confirms that the bounty hunters are mage spawn (so they can be summoned?)
Now what in the blazes is that one single unique Mage Spawn.
Dern - I think that it will be groups of 3, but there will be one group of 2 for the Solos, DC, and then just a single non for the Apoc. That's how I see it, anyway... but who knows, they might have a group of 4. Maybe someone 'official' can come on and tell us. :)
