I'm curious if anyone knows what is happening with the MK books...in the spring I bought and read both 1 and 2 and have been waiting and waiting for 3, 4, and 5...the release dates are really messed up...I have heard a rumor from a player and whether it was informed or not I don't know...but he said that they are not going to release them...anyone with info...please LMK...I want to read them...I really hope they do print them...and players who haven't read them should go and buy them...oh...and they should read them...lol...Thanks...Mike
Draddog has said don't believe anything you hear about them unless it comes from the publisher or is posted on the WizKids website. My reading of this is, at best, they are on indefinite hold.
That is no good...bad news...the first one was good but not great...the writer of the second one was awesome...lots of detail...you had to hear lots about the sky and the trees and the leaves but the descriptive battles in the arena were awesome...Keraii is a figure I wish they would make...she would look like Pit-tiger but be much better...they should make characters like Blaze too...I hope they do release them...I've only got 35 more Star Wars Books to read...
Dude...you need to reread Dark Debts...Blaize is in it with the girl from the first book briefly...he is part of Blackwyn's group...Blaize is not Blackwyn...They made Snow and Keraii from the books...Blackwyn and Maren'kar were also in the books but I do believe those are the only figures in the books so far...unless you caount a Skeleton or Lizard Man or stuff like that...I'm only talking unique figures...
Well, I know in Amazon that they had 4 and 5 up, but not for sale. I have also heard that the books were on a hold right now. So until you hear something from the website, then I would say don't hold your breath.
To be honest, I much preferred the first book over the second. I felt the second was kind of rushed and very campy. The last line in Dark Debts really made me want to gag. I liked reading it as I enjoy the fiction, but there were parts in Dark Debts that I feel could have been better.
