Just wondering what surface everyone plays Shadowrun Duels on? I know you need a 5x5 area which is pretty huge, I did the whole play-on-the-floor thing but me and my buddies are big and it didnt fly too good. I am actually looking for some material (wood, cardboard, SOMETHING!) that I can put on a table and use as a playing surface. Any ideas???

I use a 4x4 flocked game board for Duels. The same board i use for all my table top games.

I havent played duels in so long its sad..I want to start playing again but i need to build a group up from the ground up!!! Not alot of players chomping at the bit so to speak.
btw I also use terrain in the fiorm of blocks and modified toilet paper tubes< pained of course> as well as scenery templates ala mage knight but bigger to represent bushes and fences etc....

I made a board out of 2 sheets of 6X3 plywood covered with felt from the fabric store. I attached them with 4 door hinges so it gives me a 6' x 6' playing surface it is great.

Im a ex games workshop gamer so i have a ####load of scenery and a nice flocked table....i just need to make a Urban board instaed!!!!

I play on 4X6 game tables with some scenery from Warhammer and 40k which does the trick.
