When attacking with streak missles against a target in hindering with camouflage does the target get the +1 bonus for being in hindering and the +2 for camouflage. Actually, while I'm asking does camouflage give a unit +3 in hindering (+1 for hindering in addition to +2 for camouflage) or is it just +2? Thanks!
A unit would normally get a +1 (hindering) and the +2 (camo) and the +1 (hull down if quad). They stack.
If you are using streaks against them, you can ignore the +1 (hindering) but camo and hull down are both keyed upon the target being in the terrain piece and not on LOF therefore they would still get them. Now the Jade Falcon ability (EI) does allow you to have the target treat the hindering as if it was not there thus possibly avoiding hull down and camo.
Yes, a unit with camouflage in hindering gets +1 defense for the hindering terrain modifier and +2 defense for camouflage special equipment.
If the previously mentioned unit were attacked with streak missiles, it would not get the +1 for the hindering terrain modifier, though it would still get +2 for camouflage. This is because while streak missiles may ignore the hindering terrain, the enemy unit won't ignore it and will still get a bonus for camouflage. An example of this is the Clan Jade Falcon faction ability listed below, which causes the targeted unit to ignore hindering terrain as well.

STREAK MISSILES (optional) When this unit makes a ranged combat attack tergeting a single opposing figure, it ignores figure bases and terrain for line of fire purposes.......

CAMOUFLAGE (optional) This unit gets +2 to its defense value against ranged combat attacks when it occupies hindering terrain.

Hindering terrain modifier. Hindering terrain interferes with ranged combat attacks. If a line of fire passes through any amount of hindering terrain and/or hindering terrain features, the target gets +1 to its defense value; this is the hindering terrain modifier.

Enhanced imaging. When this unit makes a ranged combat attack targeting a single opposing figure, roll one six-sided die. On results of 4-6, the following two effects apply to the attack: [1] This unit's line of fire ignores hindering terrain and [2] the target treats hindering terrain as clear terrain.
EDIT: Oh dangit! Someone beat me to it! I'll get you next time!!!
