Even if you are not a Clan Wolf player or even Clan. Natasha was one of Clan Wolf's greatest warriors. I know that WK has already made 2 historic figs for Clan Wolf and for that I am thankfull. But not giving Clan Wolf at least free recruit of The Black Widow is a Crime ( she should have been made Clan Wolf altogther). If you dont know her history look it up. She was Wolf sent on a mission with the rest of the dragoons. But never stopped being a Clan Wolf Warrior. The is a thread on WK site that is asking WK to 1. make her free recruit to Clan Wolf and 2. make her non recruit to Clan Falcon( the Clan that Killed her).
If you agree that this is the right thing join with us. And yes there are many many non Wolf players who have already voiced thier thoughts on this so it is not just a Clan Wolf thing. If WK is going to make a piece from the BattleTech history they need to at least make it right and correct.

Good luck, guys. I doubt it's even possible to change at this date. Plus, after seeing what they did to Kai...well, let's just say that Wizkids should really stop making historical pieces.

Fans who are only asking for a faithful representation of the heroes they grew up with over the years. Based on track record, from Phelan, Katherine Steiner, and Kai, they have not been making much sense. Natasha Kerensky's ability seems quite OK, except for the fact that she can be recruited to JF.

How would the JF community feel if they printed the revered Aidan Pryde who can recruit to CW or an innser sphere faction? I bet they'd be equally unhappy.

Anastasia Kerensky of the Steel Wolves and Wolf Hunters is OK because she is new fiction. Just don't mess with the classic heroes like Kai, Natasha, Jaime Wolf and others in the pipeline...

Sheesh, Julz Kolchack's LE Version absolutely makes Kai look like a dullard. And who the heck is Julz right? She is not the famed conqueror of the Falcon Guard. Why does her ability have to be way better than Kai's? Catch my drift?

I understand the sentiments, but I doubt that it can be changed. The miniatures have already been manufactured, after all. It's probably better if WizKids stops churning out historical characters, because it's usually a truckload of complaints waiting to happen.

I doubt they had to research any of the historicals used to date. Tony had been playing in the battletech universe for a very long time. Kelly is not too far behind him either.

In reading the fluff text on the back of the pilot card, they used the direwolf sculpt to show her days in Clan Wolf during and after the clan invasion. They used the recruit for everybody with no reductions/unrecruitability to symbolize her days as a merc with the Dragoons.

Besides if you want to not allow a recruit to CJF, you have to include Marik and Kurita to that list. Mariks killed her lover during their civil war and Kurita killed a large portion of the Dragoons over control of the unit. Don't forget her inherent distrust/hatred of Comstar. The falcons never really seemed to be one that she hated above any of the others (were there really any groups that she did like? She seems to either hate you or just didn't like you. That includes half her own clan AKA the crusaders which CW currently is) but they were just the last in the long list and happened to be who she was fighting when she died.

Actually I'd be happy. BECAUSE WE'D HAVE SOMETHING.

Malvina Hazen. That's it. That's the whole enchilada. We don't have the luxury of #####ing that our pilots aren't historically wonderful because we don't have them. Instead, we get our mech types assigned to pilots who explicitly can't be recruited to our faction. So no, I don't think the Falcons would be excessively upset. At least this one wouldn't.

well, I'll be happy too as long as Aiden recruits to the RD too. ;)

I don't care if he has a reduced cost to recruit to Redjack Ryan frankly. Hell, I'd even be relatively content with a pilot that has a reduced cost for CJF in the first place. Instead, the only time CJF shows up on a card is with a slash through it.

Natasha's card should've been in the pretext of her last-half of life,
considering her daughter already had two..one younger,one seasoned,...
and I'll say it again -Natasha and Kai were the two most well known bad##### in the BT universe,but both of them have their outright stats neutered when compared to the pilots who are working for WK.
Very upsetting to see Natasha unplayable on anything but Widowmaker,and likewise to see Kelly B. is MORE than playable on anything light..IT JUST MAKES NO SINTZ !

If Kerensky's 'book stats' get in, then you have to let Martin DelRio stats/combat/reality in. Do you really, really want to open that particular can of worms?

remember that there never has been a pilot with a thee base attack modifier onanything except a light. I'm sure that is on purpose. I'd hate to see every other person playing hammerfall with Kerensky to get 14 attack *shudders* Hammerfall is already a really nice unit without there being a way to make it completely broken!

Thats why WK is producing pieces that give one or two attack to a generic unit and more to the matching unit (or an ability that basically adds more). Kerensky is a perfect example of this. And besides, she ought to be pretty old by now. She can't really be everything that she used to be...

Shoot, they can do him in his "wild years" where he ran around in a hot pink Atlas named "Party Girl" I'd just be happy to have some kind of representation of him.
