Can you choose no charcter to recover during the recovery phase?
This question came up when my friend was playing his X-Men deck and had Xaviers dream in play. The only character he had in play was dazzler and he wanted to not recover her so he could start the adding the tokens.
I know this is a silly strategy but if he could keep my characters low it would work. Thanks in advance

There's another thread floating around out there that says you can choose not to recover characters if you don't want to. There was a comment from a UDE person clarifying it.

That text suggests that [recovery] is not optional.

EDIT: I checked, and Michell has stated that [recovery] is optional, and you CAN choose to not [recover] a character during the Recovery Phase.
