Threshold Costs - If i have 3 resources in play, can i flip up 3 signal flares, and then use a signal flare out of hand? since they all have a theshold cost of 3? Or is it spent like recruitment.
If I use cosmic radiaton to untap franklin richards, can i then tap him again to make Mr Fantastic's recruit cost -2 total?
If I stun a character with Fastball special, do they lose endurance from it? or just from combat-enduced stunning?
If I cast an ongoing plot twist out of hand, what happens?
If I announce I'm attacking my opponents pyro with feral rage, do they have 2 different times to respond. Like, before combat I understand, where he can activated and exaust to make me lose 3 endurance and my feral rage readies and can attack again. But can combat begin, and before pyro is stunned, can he actiavte it and do 3? no cancelling the attack, but still using his ability?

Plot twists and locations are free so long as you control at least as many resources to meet the threshold.

Yes, you can do that.

When a character is stunned for any reason, you lose endurance equal to that character's recruit cost. Please not that the same is not true concerning a KO'd character.

Anything listed before the text which starts with "Ongoing:". If there is no such text, there is no effect at all.

Yes, Pyro can activate at either time. There's basicly no way to stop an activated ability, only it's effect.
The only way "Activate" effects can be prevented is through the use of a Continuous Power that would state something to the effect of "your opponent's cannot use "Activate" abilities."
If you declare Pyro as your target, his activation does not remove him from the situation, he is only exhausted, and is still a legal target.
The only time that you may reselect a target is if your target becomes illegal, either because they get stunned somehow before the attack resolves, or they are no longer on the field.
I have a question too if you don't mind me posting it here...
If I have Boris on the field and Doomstadt face-up in my resource row and Boris is attacked by another character, then I use Boris' effect, which removes him from the field, what happens to the attacking character? Does he get exhausted or does he get to choose a new target or what? Thanks.
...and another question. If I'm attacking w/ cyclops slim, can i then untap him with xaviers school, and he still be consider3ed an attacking creature, or would he be considered to be removed from combat?

Regardless of when you activate Boris (upon declaration of the attack or during the attack), his attacker will re-ready and have the chance to attack again.

He'd still be an attacker. "Removed from combat" means either stunned or off the board.
