I need a little help to grasp a few things with the mechanics of the game. I now know that you can attack an exhausted character. Here are a few additional questions:

Can the exhausted character use the abilities printed on the card as long as they don’t need to activate? (i.e. Magneto’s “not readying stunned characters” etc)

If I have a character in my support row and my opponent has a character in his support row and none of us have range can I attack?
