Player A does Build Phase
Player B does Build Phase
Player A does Combat/Attack Phase
Player B does Combat/Attack phase
Player A&B do recovery phase at the same time.

sorry to bring this old post up... I was just going through all these rules posts and saw this...
Both players get to recover after either player's attack phase?
So, if I don't have Initiative, I get to unstun one character and ready everyone before I have to attack?

This is incorrect. It should look like this:
Player A has Initiative
Both draw 2
Player A Builds
Player B Builds
Player A Attacks
Player B Attacks
Both Recover
Player B has Initiative
Both draw 2
Player B Builds
Player A Builds
Player B Attacks
Player A Attacks

There is only one Recovery phase and it comes after the Combat Phase. Also, players receive initiative before drawing cards (at the end of the Recovery Phase) and both players draw 2 cards during the first turn as well.

I hate to be the pain here but there's an email from a guy named Danny floating around here that says there is no end of recovery phase step.
According to him, once you both pass on an empty chain at the start of the recovery phase, all the steps occur with no one getting priority until the start of the next turn.
Are you saying there's an end of turn step?
Does that mean it's possible to use Robot Destroyer to stun a character before the start of the next turn?
I think this is what you are refering to, from Robert Smith:
When you begin the Recovery Phase of your turn, the player with initiative may activate effects first. Then when he/she is done they pass priority to their opponent to activate effects. Then priority is passed back to the Initiative player. If both players pass, one effect resolves. And the same process happens again, until all effects have resolved.
Now when both players pass priority on an empty chain, the following effects happen immediately in this order. There is NO responding to them.
1. Check for "Game Over" status. Players life points at or below 0.
2. Choose a character to recover.
3. Recover 1 character.
4. All other stunned characters are KO'd.
5. All cards Ready.
6. Pass initiative.
7. Begin next turn.
So once both players pass on an empty chain, the game automatically kicks you into the next turn.

As you can see, it is the last thing that happens before beginning the next turn...but it doesn't create an "end of turn" window to generate effects.
Say I use a card like Flame Trap...to stun all characters with a cost of two or less....do me or my opponent take damage based on recruit cost of the caracters we control who were stunned this way??
Thanks in advance...and sorry for being a No_Ob ^^

You take endurance loss any when your characters are stunned for any reason.
