1. I have savage land in my resourse row.(and i have inish) Combat phase just started. can my opponent blow my Savage land via kaboom?
(i though no cause I get to put thinks on chain first so I would attack and then use my savage land then it could be Kaboom'd)
2.My oppenent has Strech out. He lets u pay 2 to move a equipment card from one character to another. Now personal force field makes you reinforced and you cannot be targeted by a plot twists. So say I play Blind sided(target is not and cannot be reinforced) so if a play it on my opponents unequiped she-hulk can my opponent pay 2 to move the forcefield onto she-hulk. what happens?

He can, but only when he gets priority. In other words, after you've declared an attack, you can do one or more of a number of things, then pass priority to your opponent, who then has the opportunity to Ka-Boom your Savage Land. If you suspect your opponent is going to Ka-Boom it, pass the priority, let him do it, then you activate Savage Land, so at least you get to use it once before it goes away.

Opponent pays 2, equip moves. Then Blind Sided attempts to go off, but can't because of the Force Field. So the Blind Sided fizzles.
Actually, in the FAQ on UDE's site, it says when a card effect says "cannot" and another card says "can" the card that says "cannot" overrules can. So, if he moves forcefield after blind-sided has been activated, blind-sided still stops the character from being reinforced. No effects "fizzle" in this game like YGO or Magic. Once the cost has been paid, with FEW exceptions (Avalon space station) the effect resolves.
Originally posted by Venom ok u are missign my point in question one. My opponent wants to KO my savage land before I can use it. IS it possible if I have priority?
No it is not possible if you have priority. You must pass priority before your opponent may add effects to the chain. However, Savage Land can only target an attacker. So your opponent will have multiple opportunities to Ka-Boom your Savage Land before any of your characters can become attackers. You need to read the Attack Breakdown that is stickied at the top of this forum. That should answer most of your questions.
Also, effects don't "fizzle". They either resolve or are negated. Effects check to make sure their target is still legal when resolving and if it isn't (Personal Force Field) the effect is negated.
So, to prevent Kaboom from destroying savage land before you use it's ability, SL should be flipped and used when someone is attacking? And in that case, Kaboom still does not negate the Savage Land effect?
The question I have is this. When an ability like Savage Land or FF Hulk is used, does it determine the bonus at that time, or does it determine the bonus at resolution?
Example 1: You have three face down resources and use Hulk to attack. During the attack step, one of your resources is flipped or removed. Does the Hulk get +2 or +3?
Example 2: You have the Savage Land and three other resources. You use Savage Land, but your opponent plays Kaboom. Do you get +4/-4 or +3/-3?
Example two is the only one you need to worry about, Venom. Once the effect is placed on the chain, it will resolve. The question is, is the bonus set when the effect resolves, or when you resolve damage?
Hulk's ability is static. It is not activated, therefore, whenever your number of facedown resources changes, Hulk's bonus is immediately altered accordingly.
Savage Land has an activated ability so the bonus is determined when the activation occurs and the effect is placed on the chain. If Kaboom is chained to the use of Savage Land then it would resolve first, but the Savage Land effect will be unaffected by this change because it was already on the chain.
