Card Limits

I understand that there is a card limit of 4 in a deck. Is this accurate? I was just noticing that the Oldaker Doom decklist has an x5 card in it. Is this possible?

4 per card is the usual rule except for Army characters. You are allowed to have as many of those in a deck as youd like.
