Marvel team-up question

If I bring out Marvel team-up early in the game and name Doom, and X-men as the teams I want to unite. Then later in the game I use that card again, and name X-men and Brotherhood, will all three now count as one team? Or will the new Brotherhood/X-men team overwrite the previous Doom X-men team?
