1-Can u have more then 4 types of plot twist in ur deck? ie i play 5 flying kick is that legitimate?
2-Can i activate more then 1 plot twist one the same creature?? ie i activate all my 5 flying kicks on WOLVERINE berserker rage, does that mean he becomes 30/13 with flying?

1) No. All cards, except for characters listed as "Army", are restricted to four per deck.

2) With the exception that you can only have four, yes. You could play four Flying Kicks and four Savage Beatdowns on one character in the same turn, making your Berserker Wolverine a 47/13.
