Ya know, I'm not shy about asking for help and I consider myself a fairly intelligent person, but I have some questions that may be obvious. Maybe I'm overthinking this.

Asteroid M and Avalon Space Station (among others) have an activate usage. I understand the activation part, my question is about once activated do these cards ready themselves and are usable the next turn.
I guess I have the same question about Doomstadt and other location cards.
I would think if they have a statement like "this turn" that they may be done.
So I'm not sure if you can use base of operations each turn or just once and its done.

Any activated cards will ready during recovery just like exhausted characters. Doomstadt is a continous effect. As long as it is face up, it's game text is active.
