I'm sure this has been asked before, but I'm apparently horrendously incompetent with the search engine:

With Thing/3's ability, can you target a character that is already stunned? IE can I toss my cost one equipment at an opponent's stunned Destiny.

Considering MP and other effects such as Prof X/7 do not specify ready characters and can legally target exhausted ones, I see no reason why an ability that stuns characters cannot stun already stunned characters, but I'd like to hear other judge's opinions on the issue.

if it doesnt specify i would say its fine.
stunned characters can still be targeted since there owners still control them. it wouldnt do any good to target a stunned character cause they will just stay stunned but it will get ride of your equipment, which seems to be your goal

i agree with Lieter, unless it specify's that you can't target a stunned character then it should be legal.

i would just watch out if there playing with a yancy street.

Stunned characters may not be attacked. Other than that, they're fair game unless specifically prohibited an effect.

Sure ..go ahead, you can target the already [stunned] character. Keep in mind though, you will NOT [stun] the character again, as a character can only be [stunned] once until [recovered].

The opponent will NOT take any SEL, and the effect will resolve and have no apparent effect.

So you can play Swift Escape on a stunned character you control?
