So, has anyone tried this? It can let you cycle through your deck a great deal faster than normal, and gives you higher chances of getting the right character drop each turn.
Also, Base of Operations can let you know whether using Osborn Industries on given turn is a good idea or not.
True, this combination is exceedingly weak to Ka-Boom! and Re-Location, but so are all locations/location combinations (such as Lost City + Avalon Space Stations).
FINALLY! Someone else sees the use of Base of Operations. Yes. I love Base. It's a very nice card. Works good in all decks also. SinSyn w/Osborn is nice for it.
Doom w/Throneroom is good.
X-Men can make use of it with rapid discard love they got.
In fact, the only team I can see not liking it is Sentinels, since the Vomit style takes whatever comes off the deck to work with anyway.
um... wouldnt Nightvision better? It allows you to see whats coming up for your opponent. Its always active. And its not so easily dealt with. With all the resource control running rampant in the metagame Im not sure if adding unnecessary locations would be the best idea.

The drawback there is that you can't put a useless card on the bottom of the deck.
fatal had one of my points and the other point is your opponent will know everything you are drawing and they will know everything that they are going to draw.. i'd much rather keep the top card of my deck secret and have the ability to dump it if i really need to
you've got things a lil skewed there. Nightvision only reveals your opponents top card. Your top card remains face down but you are allowed to look at it without having to reveal it. But good point about the card quality thing. I think Ive been on an anti-location binge because of the current state of the metagame. ^^;
Piffle! Locations only really need to worry about Relocation and Ka-Boom. Neither of which gives your opponent an advantage. One lets 'em use your location (which often means it simply counts as a resource as a lot of the good locales are team-dependant) and one sets them back a step just like you.
Besides, if you play Base early, they may prematurely try to counter it, saving your better location from the naughty PTs. Then if you run a dupe base, you still get its power later.

That's true against most decks, but getting Ka-Boomed by TNB is brutal. The matchup is hard enough without giving the TNB player early Ka-Boom fodder.
Against TNB, I find myself refraining from flipping locations before the fourth turn or even later, making me wish sometimes that I had opted for plot twists instead. Given the popularity of TNB decks, unless a location provides an extremely powerful effect (i.e. Lost City + Avalon Space Station, Savage Land), I'd be hesitant to add it to almost any deck at the moment.
