im slightly confused on this 1 topic so can sum 1 help me?
i get that ongoing means they dont just hav 1 activation but wat hapens when u play an ongoing plot twist from ur hand rather than from the rescource row? is it just there but not as a rescource? or is it against the rules not to play it from the rescource row?PLEASE HELP HERE

The "ongoing" effect will not occur if the PT is played from your hand, it only has an effect while it is in play in the resource row. For example, The New Brotherhood can be played from your hand but it will have no effect because the only effect it has is the ongoing effect. On the other hand, Heroes United could be played from your hand (assuming you control an X-Men character and a FF character) to draw you a card but the ongoing effect would NOT team them up, even for just this turn, because it is not in play.
