If I have mirage, donna troy and tim drake(not boosted) participating in a team attack, and my opponent pumps donna to stun her with overload, may I stun mirage instead since they are participating in a team attack together?

The issue came up tonight. I am pretty sure that I would be able to choose who stuns because of drake's ability, but I wanted to make sure.

Since they are considered to be team attacking, they are team attackers, so you can choose to stun Mirage instead. I'm not totally positive though.

As long as all three have the attacker (in this case team attacker) characteristic, Tim Drake can redirect the stun to any one of them regardless of the cause, be it battle or effect.
