Pay 3 endurance >>> Return target card from your KO’d pile to your hand. Use this power only once per turn.

The way I interpret this is that the ability can only be played once per turn. However, it is also possible that the 'Use' is part of the resolution so you can activate the power many times, but only one will resolve.

In case you were wondering, the relevant situation was Utility Belt vs Garth.

Paying for the power means you are using the power whether the effect resolves or not you have used it. Lets not get too far into semantics please.

The text says "Use this power only once per turn", not "Successfully resolve only once per turn".

The power is what generates the effect so you only get one try at retrieving a card per turn.
