Is it possible to respond to your own trigger power at start of recovery?

player A has:

Has opp at 0 life
Prophesy Fulfilled faced up
A stunned NG character
A non stunned readied other character thats not NG

recovery starts,
prophesy is put in the chain,
can player A play medical attention to revive the NG char and get the win with PF?

You would have to recover them before recovery started. Basically the Prophecy Fulfilled creates a trigger that puts an effect on the chain at the start of recovery that gives you the win. That trigger fires on the condition that you have a non-stunned New Gods character in play (the other condition being that your opponent have 0 or less endurance). If you enter the recovery phase without a non-stunned New Gods character in play then the trigger doesn't fire and the effect is never put on the chain.

The opposite side of this is that if your opponent puts an effect on the chain at the start of recovery that stuns your New Gods character you don't win the game because the effect of The Prophecy Fulfilled is negated.
