Well this is what happened in a game yesterday. My Charaxes, Poison Ivy, and 3 drop Joker team attack 6 drop Storm, he has 2 aerial supremacies flipped. What happens since one of the 3 characters in the team attack has range. Doe Storm get

a) no defense bonus thanks to one char in the team attack having flight?

b) +4 defense from the 2 aerial supremacies for defending against characters without flight (ivy and joker)

c) +8 defense for defending against two characters without flight?

Based on the text, no bonus because one character has at least one of flight and range. The card text states:
Plot Twist, Threshold 1
Storm is defending against characters that do have flight or range. Even if only one of the characters has it, that fills the requirement to not get the effect of Aerial Supremacy.

Incidentally, even if all characters had neither flight nor range, at best, Storm would get +4 DEF because the text states 'while defending' as opposed to 'is attacked'.
