ok, so im in quite a frustrating situation. I want to take the test to be a judge. however, when i go to the page that lets me do that, it says i need to get a registration number and a password. thats all well and good, but it doesnt provide any sort of info on how exactly i go about doing that. it just says that its EASY!!!! I've emailed upperdeck with no response and poured over the web page and have found nothing. do any of you guys know how to do it. am i missing something?

You have to get it at sactioned tournaments, like ones in your store or PCQs

so what happens if there are no sanctioned tournies in my area?
