Go in Swinging
Cost: 1
X-Statix attackers you control cannot be stunned this attack. Characters you control cannot attack this turn.
Grandstanding
Cost: 2
As an additional cost to play Grandstanding, stun an X-Statix team attacker you control. Target attacker gets +7 ATK and +7 DEF this attack.
Now that we have the card texts answering the question is much easier...
Go In Swinging says "X-Statix attackers you control cannot be stunned this attack." Grandstanding has an additional cost to "stun an X-Statix team attacker you control." Since Go In Swinging's effect prevents you from being able to pay all of Grandstanding's costs, you won't be able to play Grandstanding.
If you have already played and resolved Go In Swinging then you can't pay the cost to play Grandstanding. You can, however, play Grandstanding while Go in Swinging is on the chain, or play Go In Swinging after Grandstanding.
As long as you play Grandstanding before Go in Swinging resolves, you will be fine. Playing Grandstanding before or after Go in Swinging is fine either way though.
