i was posed this question durring some casual matches the other day and have been wondering about it ever since.

one player controls both of these cards.....
Iceman Card Text:
At the start of the recovery phase, each opponent who has three or more cards in his hand discards cards until he has two cards in his hand.

and
Professor Xavier's Mansion Card Text:
At the start of the recovery phase, if you control three or more non-stunned X-Men characters, each of your oppoenents discard two cards from his hand.

now what happens at the start of the recovery phase if both cards conditions are met? if iceman goes off first then your opponent discards down to two cards and then the mansion goes off and he discards another two cards leaving him with no hand. if the mansion goes off first only icemans effect matters anyway since at the end he will only have two cards.

so the question is which goes off first?

IF two or more triggers would go on the chain at the same time, and you control them, you get to pick the order.
