(assume the opponent have nothing to chain)

qns= do my attackers ready straightaway ?

if they do ready straightaway,
i exhaust them to pump up my roy harper and i
use roy harper ability to Stun the defender.
do any attack go thru?


scene 2 (BB)

they are exhausted.
i use press the attack, target alfread

qn= does alfread ready straightaway?

if so, i exhaust alfread to look for a card

qn= can i look for the card straightaway?

if so, i look for savage beatdown and use it

i feel that effects are place on chain and till both parties have nothin to do and attack resolves then the effects will starting gettin into play.....

Well as soon as you have declared an attack and it becomes legal you are considered to have team attacked. So TTG eadies them. Then since there is a chance to play effects you can play Roy's effects. For the second one you can play the plot twist and you met the cost so you are good. So you use Alfred's effects so you can fetch Savage Beatdown. Then you can still play effects so you can play Savage Betdown.

so effects doesnt start only when attack resolves?

i got a magneto on field with lost city and avalon space face up and 3 magneto in KO pile
i power up twice
activate avalon n discard toad... targetin two magneto

do i get the two magneto in the KO straightaway
and the power up again?

You need to wait to have the effect resolve but as long as you or your opponent did not play any effects you are good. It will resolve and you will get the effect.

so the effects doesnt take place yet... till both parties pass an empty chain...

then how am i going to power up magneto again... how am i going to use roy harper with teen titans go! ?.... and.... how am i going to use alfread to find savage beatdown and use it...?

Empty chain means all effects have resolved. So your Avalon resolves. You then get priority so you can powerup. Then you pass and your opponent effect resolves then you need to both pass and the attack will go through.
