Blackheart vs Team Attacks

Blackheart : [card]MMK-138[/card]
Discard an Underworld character card -> Blackheart cannot be stunned while attacking a character with cost 4 or less this turn or while defending against a character with cost 4 or less this turn.

Am I correct in thinking that if I am controlling Blackheart and my opponent team atks with a 4 drop and a 5 drop, I can still use his ability and not get stunned?

You can use his power anytime. But yes, as long as a 4 drop is involved in the attack, Blackheart will not be able to be stunned.
