Do I have to control an Underworld character in order to replace "Blown to Pieces"?

I read a similar ruling for No rest for the wicked...and from that ruling I would say it does not have to be Underworld, but just checking to be sure.

As the card says---if you meet all three conditions, then you get the extra benefit.

IF Blown to Pieces is in your resource row, and you control a Crime Lords character, and you control an Underworld character

THEN The defender gets an additional +2 attack and you may replace Blown to Pieces.

Blown to Pieces has a single extra benefit, available if you meet all 3 of its conditions. In the case of No Rest for the Wicked, there are actually two extra bonuses possible, independent of each other; you may be mistaking it for a single extra bonus.
