If I have a ricochet face up, and a stunned will o the wisp, can my opponent finishing move the will o the wisp? I thought that ricochet protected him from that, but my opponent said when a character is stunned it loses all effect text, including evasion. I need some clarification on this, because ricochet seems rather useless if he can't protect stunned characters.

Since the game-based Evasion is part of the effect text, Ricochet would not protect stunned characters.

I use Spider Friends and this was how I always thought it worked. Some confirmation would be helpful.

Ricochet's ability only protects characters with evasion, but when a character is stunned, all the text in the box is ignored, including keywords ie evasion. so ricochet's ability doesn't "see" the text, so doesn't protect them.

Ricochet is far from useless; that said, he will not protect stunned characters.

Yeah, ricochet is far from useless, he also looks awesome, and is as close to being spider-man without being spider-man you can get. (danger sense is tingling!)

Not to mention he protects you from annoying crap like Roy, and Dr light, and starfire, and black fire, and anybody else who wants to pick on your evasion guys.
