I know there isMarvel(both golden and modern)and a DC version. The question is if I go to a marvel tournament can I use DC Plot Twists such as have a blast and fast getaway. If not, is there yet another division that I am not aware of at the moment?

at the moment there is only Modern (which can be either DC or Marvel) and there is golden (which includes ALL sets, every single one released so far)

If you go to a Modern tourney (a PCQ or PC) then it would currently be Marvel Modern. meaning you could only use cards from the last two Marvel Sets (spider-man, and marvel knights) and there is no exceptions to that.

But at a golden age tourney, all cards are allowed.

Deadpool3: Your deck can only contain cards that are deemed legal for play in that particular format.

To answer your question, for Marvel format, only Marvel cards are legal for play; as such, you cannot use any cards from the DC expansion.

Note: There are actually 3 formats for Modern age.
1) Modern age
2) Marvel modern age
3) DC modern age
... the same applies for Golden age too.
