Need help guys!

Does spider tracer target a character?

Can my opponent nice try my spider-tracer when I choose his characters?

Can i play spider-tracer on my opponents x-statix only one character when he has star of the show in play?

spider-tracer says choose not target, so nice try and star of the show do not help

A card must say target to target.
