"Flip Bizarro World only if you control a Revenge Squad character.
When you flip Bizarro World, exchange the positions of Bizarro World and target ongoing plot twist an opponent controls."
Ok, just want to clarify what happens when I take an opponents ongoing plot twist. I assume that it stays face up as well as Bizarro World. Now what happens if I take a Teamup, does it keep it teams, or do I get the change the teams, or does it flip face down if I can't play it. Some clarification would be nice.
Yes, both Bizzaro World and the taken plot twist will remain face up.
Because it is the same object, it will remember the choices made. The plot twist will only 'forget' the choice if turned face down, or if it leaves play.
If you have taken a team-up card, it remembers the choices made, and applies them as per the text on the card.

513.1a Some modifiers instruct a player to make a choice. These modifiers are continuous and do not have a duration associated with them, since the choice could need to be remembered at any later time. Plot twists or locations that instruct a player to make a choice will "forget" the choice if turned face down. (See rule 701.11c.) An object’s choices are also “forgotten” if the object leaves play. (See rule 212.1b.)
As an added note since the player that flipped the plot twist no longer controls it and the player that does control it likely does not control the 2 named teams, the plot twist is now effectively doing nothing. In mirror match the team up would be teaming up the named team just for player controling the plot twist.
Ok...So here's a thought...
If I flip up a Biz-World, and exchange it, then flip ANOTHER Biz World, and do the same, since they are still unique, the opponent would lose a resource, yes? IE: They would control 2 of the same unique location flipped up...Just a thought.
No. Just like characters, uniqueness is only checked when recruiting, or in this case, flipping. After you flip Bizarro World and give control of it to your opponent while he has one on the field, will just give him control of 2 Bizarro World's.
My opponent flips up a Marvel Team-Up. Before it resolves (before he has a chance to name teams), I play Bizarro World. Therefore, when Marvel Team-Up resolves, it is no longer controlled by the player who flipped it face up (he now controls my face up Bizarro World instead). Who gets to name the teams?
Remember, an effect is independent from its source once it is on the chain; gaining control of the plot twist doesn't make you the controller of the effect.

504.2 The player that plays the effect is the controller of that effect. If an effect is triggered, the player who controlled the object that triggered the effect, at the time it triggered, is the controller of that effect.
the better answer to that question is that you in fact can't interupt the resolution of the team up because ongoing effects don't use the chain. Once you flip a team up you immeadiatly name the teams and the effect goes live. The effect does put something on the chain but that effect doesn't do anything except exist. This excludes effects on ongoing plot twists that use the chain like the draw a card thing on Royal Decree or Brave and the Bold.
On a related question, If my opponent uses Dagger, child of light (activate->send dagger to his owner hand) and then I answer with an effect that steals her into my control (I.e. Lilith), Dagger would get back to his owner hand, nevertheless, even if I'm his controller?
