can i use that in the resource row and say i have a different ra's al ghul on the field to attack with.

all a character in the recource row does is provied a recource point. unless you have a special ability. i.e. mattie franklin <> spiderwoman (sf), sleeper agent (mh), manhunter engineer (mh).
