If this card was used in a team attack, can it remove a character from a team attack or do all characters ready again as a result of the team attack being illegal?
If you use it prior to the attack being legal, then the attack would be illegal. If you use it after the attack is legal, it wont make the attack illegal.
You cannot "Remove" a team attacker with it, as the team attack doesn't actually happen until the defender states that the attack is legal. Once the attack is legal, you cannot play the card to prevent it, as it is already in. You would have to announce this before the action is already deemed legal.
The easy answer: The characters would ready, and the attacker(s) would be able to re-assign their actions.
If you need it further clarified, I can...but that is the short and easy answer.
Allow me to clarify. There are two points where an attack is checked for legality. The first is when the attacking player states the intended attack. If he's chosen an illegal attack, the action is rewound. Now, the second check is done when a legal attack is declared, and each player passes on an empty chain during the declaration substep. If you play Glory Hound on a team attacker now, when the second check is made, the attack will be illegal, and nothing will happen. If not, the attack will be legal; attackers will be labeled as such and exhausted, and the defender gains the defender status. Once this point is passed, playing Glory Hound will do nothing. That is, once an attack is legal, things that would have made an attack illegal that don't remove attackers (unlike stunning, KO'ing, etc.) do NOT affect the attack. Moving an attacker without range to the support row doesn't take him out of the attack, nor will Glory Hound.
