I was wondering when it comes to old team up cards "Marvel Team-up" or "Millenium", has there been a ruling that they are "team-up" cards? Or are they subjected to the target of replacement effects on "non-team up plot twist"? Thanks.

they are not given the version "team-up"
so yes they can be targeted by effects that restrict to "non-team-up on-going plot twist"

'Team-up" cards are cards that specifically have the Team-up Version and as Togorian said, they were not errata'd so they are not "Team-up" cards.

Do you know if UDE is going to errata' any of the Team-Stamped cards like Common Enemy or The Brave and the Bold? It just seems like all of the new team-up cards have the Team-Up version now. Just curious.

i belive that is was said during the previews for Avergers that the old team-up cards were not going to be errated. i do not belive that they are no

If they are all going to errata the team-up cards to searchable team-up version, then cards like Moonglow would fit in lots of deck, so I doubt so.
