hey im trying to build the xhaust deck for JSA that focuses on exhausting stunning the attacker and readying using rock of eternity im just mucking about so far but i think it may have some potential

its pretty standard curve but it has massive defensive and offensive pumps like Advance warning and brothers in arms
I'm working on this deck too. The problem I'm coming across is that on my initiative, if I have Rock of Eternity flipped up, I have to find ways of exhausting my characters during the build phase.
Phantom Stranger (7 drop) seems like a fantastic help, so I'm running 4 of him even if I'm not intending to actually recruit him. JSA Headquarters helps, but that leads me to the next problem:
If I build the deck around Rock of Eternity, what happens when I can't seem to draw into one? Using JSA HQ will end up putting RoE onto the bottom of the deck.
I've thought of using the new Arkham character, Amadeus Arkham, who can discard to search for a location, but he's otherwise useless for the deck.
