if nimrods controller takes the counter of, does he take damage?if he does, can he sbe reinforced?

First, if Nimrod were to become stunned it's not "if" the controller decides to remove the counter, he must. Unless Nimrod were reinforced and he were to take breakthrough damage, he would still take breakthrough althought he's not being stunned; he just wouldn't take the 5 stun damage.

Also, something like this should be posted in the Rules of Combat thread next time. ;)
