Hello. After reading tourney reports I can't really find a clarification over a question my friends and I have. When you get rid of T. Man's counters and bring out Minions can you choose to have them come into the front row of the concealed? The card simply names the front row, but doesn't specify zone. Thanks for any help.

Tattoed Mans text is irrelevant for which area they come in to play into.

when a character comes into play (no matter how it comes into play), you check to see if it has Conceiled or Concieled-Optional, if the former, it always goes into the hidden area, of the latter, you get to choose
