expendable ally, who gets the +5 attack.......dr.doom?

I forget which plot twists you can play with doomstad and which you absolutely need the Character dr. doom in play, i'm sure the list has grown now.

yes, dr. doom gets the +5 ATK when you negate a plot twist or payment effect targeting him. With Doomstadt, you can play anything that says "if you control Dr. Doom" You just can't play any effects that require an actual character named Dr. Doom to exhuast (like Mystical Paralysis) or target otherwise (like Expendable Ally)
