I understand that when Nega-Bomb is in your resource row face down it is a resource but isnt it still a plot twist that you still control? So why doesnt that work with Mole Man to hit straight to the dome for 16?

Its a resource and not cosidered a plot twist until it is flipped face up. You either have to play it or use 4 drop demon to blow it up with Mole man.
