This might sound like an odd question, but exactly when in the draw phase do you draw the two cards?

I'm wondering if I can use Lust For Powers effect, then blow it away and draw my two cards as usual.

If you're talking about the "reveal 5 cards" part, your thinking is backwards. You would want to draw your cards, then, during the draw phase, flip Lust so it can trigger at the start of the build phase.

Well no because lust reveals the cards at the begining of the "Build" phase, which occurs after the "Draw" phase.

You could draw then flip LFP, and get its effect, but once its in play you don't draw.

the effect "all players draw two cards" goes to the chain at the start of the draw phase... once it resolves, both players have priority again before the build phase starts.
....at that time, you can KO your Doom and flip Lust For Power. that way, it'll be face-up "at the start of the build phase".

No. An effect must fully resolve before you can play other effects. So you can do things before "all players draw two cards" and after, but not during the resolution.

there's only one "effect" which says:
"All players draw two cards"

if there were two events that went like:
"All players draw a card."
"All players draw a card."
...then you could do something in between.
