Can you discard a Dual Affiliated character targeting (example Kate Spencer) Manhunter and search for a JSA character?

Plot Twist
As an additional cost to play Enemy of My Enemy, discard a character card.
Search your deck for an affiliated character card that does not share a printed affiliation with the card you discarded.
Reveal that card, put it into your hand, and shuffle your deck.

You compare only the printed affiliations of the two cards.
If you discard a character card with no printed affiliations, you may search for any affiliated character card.
If you discard a character card with one or two printed affiliations, you may search for any affiliated character card whose printed affiliation(s) include none of the printed affiliations of the card you discarded.

So, no; they can't share any affiliations
