Okay, go with me on this one. It's a two parter that will bring in not only money for UDE but boost players in Vs (which is more money) and help keep the game going.

1) McD's has given out one of a kind YuGiOh cards before. The game has a cartoon to push it. Vs has cartoons, comics, movies, books and toys to push it. (Comic wise) so why don't we just get a deal with a fast food chain, and even if it's alt art cards, just toss one or two in a Happy Meal with a card saying you can go to your local hobby and or comic shop and get the game. Now you have Parents spending money to buy packs of cards for kids. Some of which will get into the game for a short time, others who might stick with it and draw in numbers, money and give us a younger fan base who will grow older and play it..like say Magic the Gathering.

2) I've seen the mini starters at Barnes and Noble. I even watched someone run around trying to buy them off of people at a Hobby League, because they wanted one card that was in the starter, and in that little pack. If you say make another one of those, or find some of the old X-Men ones you can send them out with Spider-Man 3, and watch as loads of kids get a "cool card game" to play, and some will move onto playing for real. Maybe a Alt art or unquie card for the Ghost Rider movie. I would get a few tickets to one show for the cards. Willing to bet the movie studio might fit some of the bill for that. I mean an EA Cover Fire for The Punisher 2 movie. Maybe a new card like Riders bike or an EA of his chain from Marvel Knights at Ghost Rider. A reprint of Web Shooters at Spider-Man 3, and if they have a new Superman movie you can toss in a Superman pack with like three cards from an old set. Marvel's first family for FF2?

Really does seem like a great idea to get new players, and push the name out there. Even something like "Mail in your ticket stub and booster wrapper plus shipping cost to get X card" would be great. Pushes the movies, the game and gets people to pay for more tickets and packs to mail in for that one card.

Both are great suggestions. The 2nd one seems to be more likely to happen since Marvel has/is pumping a lot of comic book movies out there. Definately looking forward to UDE maybe looking into either of the suggestions.
