How are you guys - R&D/TPTB - doing today? I trust everything has been going fairly well for you guys - both personally and professionally. I am personally extremely excited about what the future brings and can't wait to see what you guys have up your sleeves next.
So what's the point of this post? Well, I was wondering would it be possible to get an official VS System podcast! You see, I recently bought myself an iPod - I'm a bit behind the times, yes - and I find myself inexplicably compelled to load up as much stuff I can on my 27.3 GB large hard drive, and I would love to be able to load up a podcast that comes straight from the masterminds of our game! I think it would be amazing to hear Yip/Zonos discuss design, or to have the lead designer of a given set discuss what their visions was, or to simply have Organized Play come out and whet our opinion about the future. Maybe hear the old Humphrey/Hummel rivalry? I don't know - there's something intangibly beautiful about being able to hear someone's voice as opposed to simply just reading text; It makes it more personal, interesting and more organic. I personally would love to hear people discuss VS on my car stereo while I drive to work, or from my headphones when I'm on the treadmill. I am certain I am not alone in this category.
I certainly don't think it would a niche audience. We have DocX's podcast and the Fallout Shelter right now. Both are very good - I am extremely saddened that DocX stopped doing his - but I really think us as players could gain a lot from an official podcast. I think it would certainly inspire confidence in the player community.
Finally, this is an odd request but I was wondering will you guys ever print a bear in the VS System. I was going through the card search filter and I realized there was only one bear - he's not even technically a bear. I think us bear lovers in the VS community would very much appreciate it.
