Last weekend 2 friends and I traveled to Kings Games in Brooklyn, N.Y. to attend the very last PCQ they would ever have. Unfortunately when we got there they told us that the tournament had been cancelled. They told us that 2 days prior they still hadn't recieved any prize support or the money card for the tournament. After trying to contact them with no word they had to cancel the tournament. This came as great dissapointment to my friends and I especially because one of them drove 5 hours to get there and the other 2 and a half. The news that the tournament had been cancelled only went out the night before and we didn't receive it. We waited around to see if anyone would show up to see if they wanted to go in on a draft. Just as we were about to leave Alex gave us some very nice EA cards for our troubles that made the experiance a little less crummy. My friends and I appreciated that. Thanks Alex and Kings Games.

That was very nice of them. It's good to see stores that care for their customers. I wish more places would act like that

Yeah, I'm the guy that drives five hours to play cards and finding out there was no tournament was indeed the suck. However we were so pleased to receive the EAs me and my two friends each bought 5 packs from different sets and did a sealed pack mini-tourney, so it turned out to be pretty fun. Kings has always been a fun to play at especially now with the new space.
