I wanted to know can the new Bat Woman stun Ahmed Samsarra while he is equip with Cloak of Nabu, if so or not can I be send a link of the offical ruling, same with Wonder Man..can he also stun Ahmed with his effect while the White King is equip with a Cloak of Nabu, Thanks


Bat Woman-
Loyalty - reveal, concealed – optional. when kate kane enters play, if you control three or more face-up resources with the same cost, stun target character with cost 3 or less.

Cloak of Nabu- Unique, Concealed—Optional
Equipped character can be equipped with any number of Fate Artifacts.
Equipped character gets +1 DEF and cannot be the target of effects your opponents control.

Wonder Man- Reservist
When Wonder Man comes into play, you may reveal up to five face-down resources you control. You may stun target character if its cost is less than the number of reservist cards you revealed.

Nope, both stun effects require you to target a character.

If that character is wearing the Cloak, he can't be targetted.

The only such effects that work when Ahmed is wearing the Cloak are those that do not say "target character." For example, Adam Warlock, Protector of the Soul Gem:
Since the effect applies to all characters with a cost of three or less, it would apply to Ahmed, and because it says nothing about "target character(s)" it is not negated by the Cloak.

Another thing to keep in mind is that, once Ahmed has been stunned, he can be targeted, because the Cloak goes offline while he is stunned. So once you have him stunned, you can use a Finishing Move-type effect to KO him.
