With the new Bat Man, can I use my Cassandra Cain Discard effect so my opp cannot use her effect, also can I use Spider-Man TASM so I MY OPP CAN'T

It doesnt work that way. If by some coincidence they have Cass Cain too they can use the ability once. It checks the actual character, not the name.

So, I really don't get what you are asking here.

Are you asking if you can negate your own Cassandra Cain effect with Batman so your opponent can't use their OWN Cassandra Cain ability?

If so, no. Batman's ongoing ability of stopping payment powers means that each card can only use it's payment powers once per turn, so if you have multiples of the same card with payment powers in play, you can only use the payment power of each inividual card once befoer Batman stops it.

I doubt it. If there were 2 Spider-man on opposite sides of the field with the same effect, the effects would come from 2 different sources. If you played your SM effect first, your opponent would still be able to use his SM effect because it comes from a different source.

If you are asking that if you use a payment power with your cards will it stop your opponents, no.

Each payment power is originated by the card it is from, not all cards of the same name, this is why you can use, say, multiple Executive Privileges while your opponent has Batman, C&C.
