The name was inspired by the Denzel Washington movie. The deck was inspired by hearing the theme song, and thinking about what characters had time as a theme in this game, and then what effects. I considered hour man for a few brief moments but decided against him when I decided that if a Marvel DC crossover happened in my universe it would only team up villains with other villains, so the future foes and kang council were just obvious choices.
The ever looming threat of stripping away your opponents core deck foundations is something few decks can handle as far as i can tell.
I briefly considered using just Kang and Doom, and using doom's newer plot twist that allows him to exhaust to look at an opponent's hand and then force them to discard a card. A great effect, but I'm saving that for my Doom Underworld build.
This is not a complete deck yet. It has the ability to prevent excessive combat pumps from the opponent, and can protect itself mostly with power-ups in silver age, but there are holes. This is the core skeleton though. By punishing an opponent that feels the need to search for everything in their deck, this deck should strip away an opponent's hand very quickly.
By removing team affiliations, the opponent loses the ability to rely heavily on their team stamped effects. This deck is missing some serious form of win condition. I does prevent Big Leagues and against all odds, though. So combat isn't a lost cause.

Edited to include corrected card names where possible.
