Just something I wanted to bring up in light of a more specific recent discussion.

I would like to state that with the switch to 2 sets/year, that I would like to see Modern Age become more prominent in all forms of UDE-run tournament. The 2 set/year production plan is something that will slow down the changes in the meta, as sets will rotate in and out of formats more slowly, so I think that, to help compensate, it is time we focus more on the format whose meta shifts the most constantly - namely, Modern Age.

So here's what I say. I say let's move focus away from the Checkmate/Fate/Quicksilver/Kree mainstays of Silver Age and see if we can move standard tourney play a bit more towards Modern.

Thoughts or counter-arguments?

Do we know that it's definitely two sets a year from now on? And that the six-month gap isn't just a one-time thing?

I thought it was 'from now on' - although I don't remember the precise wording.
