Just homemade humans with pensions, mortgages, a federaly granted mandate and upholding the law. Fighting the good fight.

Mechanics
This is my idea... Stall till something with lots of reinfocement effects. I dont know what yet. Maybe just a gamma bomb :p Maybe use Harvey Bullock to lock down opponents...
