During my time in this game, I have come across certain cards that when I first saw them, I said to myself...
'This card is freaking worthless!'
Well, instead of complaining about a rare card that I can't use, I decided to create a use, and this is what I have come up with:
I am going to wallpaper a wall, first at my apartment, and then later at my local hobby store, with the card 'Monster Island'.
You may be asking yourself:
'Has Baldman lost his mind?' (He did write above that he talks to himself afterall...)
'Why should I care?'
I can answer the second question...and that's because I am willing to trade for as many copies of Monster Island as I can find, regular or foil.
So now for some math...
With the cards being approximately 3.5 inches tall (8.9 cm) by 2.5 inches wide (6.4 cm), it will take approximately 1296 to cover a section of wall 8 feet (2.44 m) tall and 10 feet (3.05 m) long.
(27 cards per column, 48 columns)
I have around 20 Monster Island cards right now.
So as you can see, I am far from my goal of 'Wall Domination'.
BUT YOU CAN HELP!
Trade your new or gently used Monster Island cards in: I also accept donations=)
If you are interested, then you may check my link at the bottom of my signature for the cards I have to trade.
The Fine Print
Please Note: I am not willing to part with top notch cards unless ALOT of Monster Island cards are coming in trade. That being said, please be reasonable in your request for trade of this largely unused/unusable card.
And as is the custom with anything on the internet, if there are no pictures, then it didn't happen. Those who wish to be added to the mailing list for my progress toward creating my project can send me a PM with an e-mail address: I am willing to provide weekly updates with pictures. I will also list those who help contribute in some meaningful way to my project.
